Consulting Rates & Engagement Overview
At Dev Cascade Base, all consulting engagements are priced on a transparent, fixed-scope project basis or structured as a dedicated advisory retainer. Because telemetry architecture requires thorough codebase review and multi-platform testing, we do not bill by open-ended ambiguous hourly rates.
Every engagement includes a clearly defined statement of work, milestone deliverables, and hands-on technical handover.

- Retainer Investment: Starting from $1,850 USD / month (minimum 3-month commitment).
Payment Terms & Engagement Milestones
- Standard Fixed Engagements: 50% mobilization deposit upon execution of the consulting agreement; remaining 50% upon delivery of final blueprints and completion of the technical debrief.
- Invoicing & Currency: Invoices issued by Dev Cascade Base Co., Ltd. in US Dollars (USD) or Thai Baht (THB equivalent).
- Payment Methods: Wire transfer (SWIFT), corporate bank transfer, or standard invoice payment channels. Note: We do not process direct e-commerce credit card transactions; all services require signed engagement agreements.
